The strength of the UCSF / UC Hastings Consortium comes from the dedication of its faculty, administrators and students, whose diverse talents and remarkable contributions to both the legal and medical worlds attract national attention. Indeed, visiting scholars come from around the world to participate in the exciting work that is done at both institutions. The Consortium's goal is to harness this remarkable pool of talent by forging novel interdisciplinary collaborations in order to further our understanding of the many interactions between law and science, and how those interactions impact people's lives.
